Qualification of the collaborators. Many early faults in bearings are caused by improper handling or late detection of the interferences that cause problems. Concerned about eliminating this kind of loss, NSK has developed training courses to qualify the industrial maintenance professionals who work with its clients. There are four modes – In Company, E-learning, CCT (Technical Qualification Center) and Moving CCT – indicated and formatted in the PVM, according to the evaluation and the targets of each client.
